Inspired by the good ole home cookin of our mothers and grandmothers, and the love of grilled meats of our fathers and grandfathers, The Meatin’ Place will satisfy all your Southern carnivore yearnins.
Founded in 2020, The Meatin’ Place is built on the love of food and from scratch cooking. We both grew up with eating our grandmother’s from scratch vittles. Chef Nitro specializes in artisan breads and desserts and has been baking since she was 4 years old. Smokemaster Roger has over a decade in the food industry and hasn’t met any food he wouldn’t try to smoke. Their secret to good food is: patience, love, and some bacon drippings.
